Evidence

The SunGa Literary Festival 2day Whirl words are ball, plume, rare, dry, incident, thread, coral, bottle, open, bathe, term, court.

Here is my whirl:

Evidence

She sipped the open Moscato;

no dry wines for her.

Finally, the incident and court term were over.

Now she watched the rare black bottle

settle in the coral reef.

It contained a parrot’s plume,

a tiny crystal ball,

and a note (thread of evidence).

The note read ~

You will bathe in the sea

to be far away from me.
